DESCRIPTION

Our visual language decodes our narratives and values. In turn, our display reflects the story of how we design as a studio - with the fish representing the user and the scale model representing the constructed space.

The massing of the opposite sides look different initially but when viewed in opposite elevations, the forms remain the same. It’s because we design spaces that are user-centered which we define as a state of doing where the user’s individuality is of principal importance despite owing up to similar requirements.

As keen observers and methodical researchers who take into serious account how the user moves around the space, our display also examines thoroughly the visual interaction between the fish and the scale model as we want our work to be consistently immersive and experiential. Extremes in design are explored too, with one side pertaining to openness and light, while the other to solidity and closeness.

Design is a limitless resource of creative solutions and this fact often affronts users as an overwhelming responsibility. Don’t worry. We as a studio will guide you to focus on the essential so you can discover whether you are the fish that wants people to look in or the fish that would rather look out.
